I take a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to real estate, helping clients navigate what can often feel like a complex process with clarity, confidence, and care. Whether you’re buying or selling, my goal is to create a clear path forward—so you always feel informed, supported, and in control of your decisions.
Before transitioning into real estate, I spent more than 20 years in sales leadership and business development, where I developed a strong foundation in strategy, communication, and problem-solving. That experience shapes how I work today—setting clear expectations, anticipating challenges, and creating a plan tailored to each client’s goals.
My path to real estate was also shaped by personal experience. Having relocated multiple times throughout my career, I understand firsthand the logistics, pressure, and emotions that come with a move. Because of that, I approach every client relationship as a true partner—stepping in to manage details, reduce stress, and guide the process from start to finish.
Now based in the Upstate, my family and I made the intentional decision to return and build our life here, surrounded by community and connection. I love everything this area offers—from the natural beauty of the mountains to Greenville’s vibrant downtown—and enjoy helping others find their place within it.
I work with a wide range of clients, including those relocating to the Upstate, first-time buyers, and sellers preparing their homes for the market. Backed by Coldwell Banker Caine, I combine a proactive, detail-driven approach with modern marketing strategies and strong negotiation skills to deliver a smooth, well-managed experience.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, son-in-law, and new grandbaby. Our Great Pyrenees is also a big part of our family, and I understand how important it is to find a home that fits everyone.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to be a trusted advisor who listens first, communicates clearly, and helps you move forward with confidence.
